Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients

Rice (Basmati) - 2 Cups
Chopped vegetables - 2 Cups (onion, carrot, peas, beans etc)
Ghee (Clarified butter) - 2 Tb spn
Garlic Paste - 1 Tb spn
Gingef paste 1 Tb spn
Sliced green chilles - 2
Spices - 1-2 Cinnamon stick , 2-3 bay leaves
Optional (Cumene seeds, black pepper etc)
Yogurt (plain) - 2 tbl spn
Salt to taste
